Am I Happy?
We occasionally address this question to ourselves and we dare not express our true feelings or answer it to others since we are forever in competition, pursuit and a battle with ourselves and each other for our individual happiness.
The ego isn’t aware of the effortless effort required for happiness because it was structured to be busy in action/movement persistently striving for it, this leaves no time to reflect on whether the thing, experience, or event that was obtained actually brought an end to the pursuit.
When the searching comes to an end you find there is no effort or pursuit of happiness just a surrender to all activity discovering you are “that” what you seek.
If you’re reading this with a mind full of questions that have arisen out of sorrow, misery, illness, or fear, I welcome you towards the journey home.
Please, it is imperative that you understand that no matter your life circumstances-rich or poor, ill health or well you are unconsciously in a constant battle with yourself and others, every second of every day.
Take your ill health or disabilities-for example-from regretting past decisions or actions to hating yourself for what you are, with most of us forming groups and identities to class us as different and special as so to integrate into society on a personal level.
The Problem
The problem is not the activities; instead, it is how we give it a sense of self by giving it a character, a life, or an identity.
“You are not unique or distinct from anyone else, but your attachment to the body and its integration with life on earth make it so…so, make it what you will…”
Furthermore, you are not ill, your soul/spirit/source has chosen to experience a human body that is-for example-physically disabled to give the ego a greater chance to perceive its limitations and surrender to itself.
We are courageous beings of light wandering this realm at this time, and we must become aware of that fact.
It is the same when we consider material wealth and good health, which likewise come from the constant struggle to compete, be accepted, reject, and acquire things and experiences that are also a rejection of what we don’t like about ourselves, others and the world around us.
To be wealthy, like something, someone or somewhere is a conclusion from what we reject or an aversion.
It is an energetic, internal battle with the cells and organisms in your body that brings about ill health, suffering and sadness in days, months or even years to come.
This never-ending pursuit towards happiness is never found only suppressed when the contents are revealed or the experiences experienced.
Awareness Of The Pursuits
Once you realise and, more crucially, accept these movements, you can freely switch lanes for meaningful perspectives and deeper healing.
Think of it like you are in the driver’s seat, you must be aware of the traffic around you before you can take a position, make a move or change lanes.
Once we realise that we are constantly moving physically through time, we discover that we are not going anywhere, and the ups and downs of life are entangled, exchanging energies with each other.
Looking from this perspective leaves freedom of choice and the power of free will.
.
“Being in traffic doesnt become a problem anymore because your ready to make yourself and others aware of your intention to go where you want”
An Effort toward suffering
Understanding may be difficult because we, as complicated beings, often overlook the value of simplicity and instead we prioritise lectures, research, piles of paper on a desk, or computer files full of documents.
Many readers may be familiar with these perspectives and ways of thinking from various viewpoints, but let me add this truth: “When you realise the truth, there is no such thing as magic.”
Happiness is neither here nor there; rather, it is everywhere, inspired not by advertising or thinking, but by feeling.
Close your eyes and start feeling not searching for your desires (urges, wants, needs or beliefs), and without judgement, watch the images and experiences of those desires-from the process of obtaining them to the end of those experiences, and you will begin to see and feel true happiness in all things.
Many of us will hear and agree with that statement, but patterns, shapes, colours, sounds, light or just variety is what motivates us, and we have given them meaning by placing substance or embodiment to those experiences by stating, “Variety is the spice of life”
This aids our unseen suffering of war, sadness and pain on a deeper level but keeps the mind well-oiled to keep the hive machine of consumers in optimal health…
Are We Ready?
As a result of our discomfort with the lack in our world and because we are not yet ready to give up comfort, we will comfort ourselves with acts of kindness, care, events, or charities. We will also find comfort in saying things like “I played my part,” “We only live once,” “Life is for living,” or “There’s nothing we can do about it.”

Like a hamster in its cage, we enjoy going round and round even though it makes us dizzy or delusional believing we can have or obtain something we think will make us feel better.
You can be happy or keep looking for it.
Remember that our misery was a result of our upbringing, experiences, culture, and beliefs that we have validated and given life to.
It took 9 months for you to be physically born, then years for your family, friends, advertising, and society to construct you, but it only took a moment for you to be conceived, not from thought or what anyone told your parents, but from a moment of passion that could not be interrupted or destroyed even if the world was coming to an end.
It took a moment, a sensation, to give life, but due to the clutter of our character, it will take some time to demolish the structure, although not even close to a fraction of the time it took to establish it.
So give life to being happy and pay no attention to your present unhappiness.
When a man’s willing and eager the god’s join in.

Sending Love to you all.
